  • I think I will make these DIY Bath Crayons in all shapes and colors and give them as gifts! In any case, it is much cheaper than buying them in the store!

Simone (3) loves to draw on the wall during a shower. I need her to do so I can have 5 minutes to un-tangle her curly hair. We bought some bath crayons from a store not too long ago and they just didn’t last very long. So I figured I would make them myself sp today I’m sharing my DIY bath crayons with you!

  • My mom and i made the bath crayons today and they realy work i realy liked the blue crayon and the yelow is pretty nice. The green realy shines. Thank you for sharing this recipe with us.

Also, the soapers on the Teach Soap Forum are a great resource! They may be able to give you an idea about how much they sell bath crayons for. 🙂

These bath crayon sets are so fun, and really help out when
trying to get your toddler to want to take a bath! Each set has 4
Bath Crayons, Red, Yellow, Blue, and Purple. My toddler loves
hers, so I had to set aside an extra set for her too. Each set also
comes with an "eraser" sponge in a fun shape. Please select
your color preference in the custom option.

Our natural bath crayons are made with pure castile soap and
completely Non-Toxic pigments. The colors are earthy as the
pigments are all natural. The red is a nice Brick Red, the blue is
Ultramarine Blue, etc. These are nice vivid colors, but much more
earthy than the neon colors of artificially colored bath crayons.

They are in the form of fun happy people! Each crayon is
approximately 1 1/2" long, and 3/4" thick.  Recommended for
children ages 3+ or that no longer like to put found objects in
    their mouths.

Homemade bath crayons~ Last minute stocking stuffer idea!!

About a year ago, I was introduced to bathtub crayons. I was very intrigued by the concept that kids could play with crayons for the bath. Little Bear went through a stage in his life where he hated baths. Luckily, some fun bath toys quickly remedied that problem, but I wish I had known about bathtub crayons back then. He would have loved coloring while bathing. Plus, homemade crayons for the bath are made with soap. That means, little hands get extra clean when they play with bathtub crayons.
